Strawberry Yogurt Jello

So, it doesn’t look like much lol but this is my newest sweet tooth obsession. I know there are a lot of thoughts on Greek yogurt but I like it and use it a lot so I’m always excited when I come up with new uses for it – even better when I can find a new snack that’s easy to make and when it’s ZERO points!

Recipe:
• 1 box sugar free strawberry Jello
• 1 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt

Bring 1 cup water to boil, mix into Jello until dissolved. Let sit about 10 minutes until slightly cooled.

Whisk Greek yogurt into Jello. Refrigerate until it sets and turns jiggly. (Tastes great with a little fat free Reddi Whip on top which keeps it at 0P).
