  • 1/3 cup s
  • Fat free skim milk
  • 2/3 cup s
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
  • Fat free cream cheese
  • 4 oz
  • Unsweetened applesauce
  • 3 Tbsp
  • All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup s
  • Baking powder
  • 1 tsp
  • Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
  • Table salt
  • 1/2 tsp
  • Egg
  • 1 item s (large)
  • Vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp
  • Plain fat free Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350
  2. 2 Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Make our own buttermilk with fat-free milk and lemon juice. Add egg oil and vanilla.
  3. 3 Bake approximately 18 to 20 minutes
