Vegan Strawberry Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup  strawberries, hulled and frozen
  • 1/2 cup coconut  milk (or any plant-based milk)

Preparation:

  1. Combine Ingredients:
    • Place the frozen banana slices and strawberries into a food processor or blender.
    • Pour in the coconut milk.
  2. Blend:
    • Blend the mixture on high until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
    • The consistency should be thick and similar to soft-serve ice cream.
  3. Serve:
    • Spoon the mixture into bowls or cups.
    • Garnish with fresh strawberry slices if desired.
