Weight Watchers Banana Pudding – just three points per serving
My kids LOVE pie– and the truth is so do I. But buying an entire pie can only lead to ONE thing: My kids will eat a slice each and over the course of the next several days my husband and I will spend oodles of time “evening out” said pie- which is really code word for EATING THE ENTIRE PIE.
But if I’ve learned anything in my quest to maintain my weight watchers hard earned weight loss as opposed to gaining back a good portion of it is- I cannot DENY myself dessert. The key- I’m learning- is all about portion control. For example- rather than buy an ENTIRE pie ( when I know there will be NO company other than that of my husband to finish it off) — the solution is this recipe for Weight Watchers Banana Pudding.
Oh and then there is the issue of my kids– who both love pie- and who could easily buzz saw through an entire pie– if left to their own devices. - 20 wafers Nilla Wafers, Reduced Fat 12 Points

- 2 package(s)Pudding, banana, instant, fat free, sugar free, with pie filling mix8 Points
- 10 tbsp Cool Whip Whipped Topping, Fat Free 3 Points
- 3 cup(s) Almond milk, plain, unsweetened 3 Points
Weight Watchers Banana Pudding Directions:
1. Mix almond milk and 2 packages of vanilla pudding together and make it smooth with no lumps
2. Place 10 wafers in glass baking dish (6 by 12 inches) then add half of the pudding mixture into dish
3. Put 10 banana slices on top and 5 tablespoons of Cool Whip and smooth out
4.Place 10 more wafers on top and then add remaining pudding mixture.
5. Place 10 banana slices and 5 tablespoons Cool Whip and smooth out layer
6. Place dish in refrigerator for at least one hour before serving
