Weight Watchers Chocolate-Peanut Bliss Balls – 2 point

Ingredients

Uncooked rolled oats

¾ cup(s), lightly toasted

Dried date(s)

20 medium, pitted

Salted creamy peanut butter

2 Tbsp, or unsalted

Unsweetened cocoa powder

2 Tbsp

Unsweetened shredded coconut

½ cup(s), lightly toasted


Instructions

  1. Process oats in a food processor until finely chopped. Add dates, peanut butter, cocoa and 2 tbsp water; process until well combined.
  2. Using damp hands, roll 1 tbsp of date mixture into a ball. Roll ball in coconut to coat; place on a plate. Repeat to make 17 more balls. Cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour to firm. Serve.
  3. Serving size: 1 bliss ball
