INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- ¼ cup skim milk
- 4 egg whites
- 6 slices white bread
- Pam cooking spray – butter-flavored
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- maple syrup – sugar free
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a shallow dish, mix milk, egg whites and vanilla
- Dip the bread slices in egg mixture, fully coating each side.
- Spray skillet with butter flavored Pam.
- Cook on medium heat until browned. Flip the bread and repeat for the other side.
- Place on a plate. On top, sprinkle cinnamon and add Sugar Free maple syrup. Serve immediately.
