The secret ingredient to this sushi poke bowl is using cauliflower rice. I sprinkled some sesame seeds on top as well! These bowls are so scrumptious. just two weight watchers points for the entire bowl!
Ingredients
- 1 mini cucumber
- 2 tbsp Kikkoman less sodium soy sauce
- 1 cup cooked cauliflower rice
- 1 tbsp Roland Rice Wine Vinegar (seasoned variety)
- 2 pieces of TransOcean Crab Supreme Imitation Crab (or another faux crab meat that you like)
- ½ cup edamame in pods
- 1 tbsp sriracha mayo
Instructions
- Prepare your cauliflower rice according to the directions.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and the rice.
