Weight Watchers Sushi Poke Bowl – 2 points

The secret ingredient to this sushi poke bowl is using cauliflower rice. I sprinkled some sesame seeds on top as well! These bowls are so scrumptious. just two weight watchers points for the entire bowl!

Ingredients

  • 1 mini cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Kikkoman less sodium soy sauce
  • 1 cup cooked cauliflower rice
  • 1 tbsp Roland Rice Wine Vinegar (seasoned variety)
  • 2 pieces of TransOcean Crab Supreme Imitation Crab (or another faux crab meat that you like)
  • ½ cup edamame in pods
  • 1 tbsp sriracha mayo

Instructions

  • Prepare your cauliflower rice according to the directions.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and the rice.
