Ingredients
- 10 1/2 oz of healthy request cream of chicken condensed soup
- 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
- Two fully cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts (I used a cooked rotisserie chicken)
- 1 cup riced cauliflower
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 20 frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Add the cream of chicken soup and sour cream to a large mixing bowl and stir together, then add the chicken, cauliflower, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper and mix together.
- Spray a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray (I use an 8×8 baking pan).
- Add the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the chicken mixture.
- Then add the tater tots and bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
