Baked cabbage steaks

These are so good and the only points are the olive oil! you could use avocado cooking spray and it will be zero weight watchers points!

Instructions

  1. preheat oven 400
  2. wash and remove outer leaves of a cabbage head
  3. trim stem off ,
  4. cut 1 to 1 1/2 inch steaks
  5. brush both sides with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper both sides
  6. bake 30 to 40 minutes I like mine at 40 min so edges start to brown
