I stuffed a sweet potato with it!!!!! -3 pounds of boneless skinless breasts – 2 cups of hot sauce (i use a while jar of franks/grocery store brand of 0 point hot sauce) – 1.5-2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurtChicken and hot sauce in crockpot for 7 hours on low, shred and add Greek yogurt! That’s it!
