Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized ripe banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other low-calorie milk)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons powdered erythritol or another low-calorie sweetener (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker consistency)

Instructions:

  1. Peel and slice the ripe banana. Place the banana slices in a resealable plastic bag and freeze them until solid.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen banana slices, almond milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and powdered sweetener.
  3. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker consistency, you can add a handful of ice cubes and blend again.
  4. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more sweetener.
  5. Pour the chocolate frosty into a glass and enjoy!
