Weight Watchers Frozen Chocolate Dipped Banana Bites

Frozen chocolate dipped banana bites are melted with Lily’s white chocolate and dark chocolate then FROZEN for this sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 small Banana
  • 26 chip s Lily’s white Chocolate Style
  • Baking Chips
  • 9 oz Lily’s Dark chocolate mini baking
  • chips
  • optional 1/2 fiber one brownie bar pieces will add 1 point

Instructions

  1. Cut off the thinner ends from the bananas. Cut each banana into eight ½-inch-thick slices to yield a total of 16 slices.
  2. Line a plate with foil or parchment paper and transfer the banana slices to the plate.
  3. Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.
  4. In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave the chocolate chips on High for 30 seconds and stir. Continue to microwave the chocolate in 10-second intervals until melted.
  5. Dip half of each frozen banana bite in the melted chocolate. Return the banana slices to the freezer until the chocolate sets, about 2 minutes.
  6. Store the sandwiches in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
  7. Serving size: 3 banana bites are zero points
