these Two ingredient dough cinnamon buns are 3 weight watchers points each but if you only use 1 cup of flour, 2 points.

Ingredients

  • Self-rising flour
  • 1⅓ cup s
  • Plain fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup s
  • Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp s
  • Swerve Brown sugar substitute
  • 1 tbsp s
  • Confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tsp s
  • Fat-free skim milk
  • 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Make dough by mixing together self rising flour and yogurt
  2. Roll out on floured surface into a rectangle shape
  3. Mix together cinnamon and brown sugar
  4. Spray with cooking spray and then spread cinnamon/sugar mixture onto dough
  5. Roll dough tightly into a log
  6. Cut log into 6 pieces and place each piece in a muffin tin sprayed with cooking spray
  7. Bake at 350 for about 20 to 30 minutes
  8. Mix together milk and icing sugar to make a glaze and drizzle over top of buns after they have cooled
