Ingredients
- Self-rising flour
- 1⅓ cup s
- Plain fat free Greek yogurt
- 1 cup s
- Ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp s
- Swerve Brown sugar substitute
- 1 tbsp s
- Confectioners’ sugar
- 2 tsp s
- Fat-free skim milk
- 1 tsp
Instructions
- Make dough by mixing together self rising flour and yogurt
- Roll out on floured surface into a rectangle shape
- Mix together cinnamon and brown sugar
- Spray with cooking spray and then spread cinnamon/sugar mixture onto dough
- Roll dough tightly into a log
- Cut log into 6 pieces and place each piece in a muffin tin sprayed with cooking spray
- Bake at 350 for about 20 to 30 minutes
- Mix together milk and icing sugar to make a glaze and drizzle over top of buns after they have cooled
