Weight Watchers Lemon Muffins

What You’ll Need:

  • 5.3oz cup Yoplait 100 calorie lemon Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 lemon cake mix

What You’ll Do:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix the ingredients together in bowl.

Grease your mini muffin pan.

Fill the muffin cavities half full.

Bake for 15 to 22 minutes (depending on your oven).

Enjoy.

This recipe makes about 32 mini muffins, so you could either use two muffin pans or just wait for the first batch to cool before making a second batch. If you do wait to do a second batch, it may need to cook a little less in the oven so be sure to keep a watch on the timing.
