H&T High Rollers

My love of the tortilla pinwheel has been a lifelong one. Even as a kid, when I walked into a party and saw a tray of those little spirals, I would be delighted. Why? Well, why not? You take typical sandwich ingredients and you roll them up into bite-sized pinwheels — that’s way more fun. It somehow makes the ingredients within taste even better, and that’s just the case with this H&T High Rollers, which are my family’s favorite solution for snack, party app, or breaking the lunchbox boredom.

Low-Point H&T High Rollers

Makes: 6 wraps (1 wrap per serving)
WW Points: 4–5 points per wrap (depending on your tortilla brand)

Ingredients

  • 6 low-carb or high-fiber tortillas (1–2 WW points each)
  • 8 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning
  • 12 oz sliced deli turkey breast (99% fat-free)
  • 6 slices center-cut turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Red wine vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the fat-free cream cheese with the ranch seasoning until smooth.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Layer with turkey breast, turkey bacon, reduced-fat cheddar, lettuce, and tomato.
  4. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper. Add a splash of red wine vinegar if desired.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
  6. Slice each wrap into pinwheels or serve whole.

Estimated WW Points (per wrap): 4–5 points.

For even fewer points, skip the cheddar cheese or use fat-free cheddar, bringing each wrap down to 2–3 WW points.
