½ cup(s), hulled, chopped
½ cup(s), (125ml)
Plain, sweetened, 99% fat-free yoghurt
1½ g, (1 tsp)
1 tsp, to garnish
- Blend strawberries, milk, yoghurt and wheat germ in a blender until thick and creamy. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a mint leaf. Serve at once.
