Bacon Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:
- 2 slices Low Carb Plain Bread by Thin Slim Foods
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 3 slices bacon
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
Directions:
- Lightly coat one side of each slice of bread with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
- Assemble sandwich, mayonnaise sides facing out.
- Over medium heat, toast sandwich until golden. Flip sandwich and toast other side until golden.
