Bacon Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices Low Carb Plain Bread by Thin Slim Foods
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Lightly coat one side of each slice of bread with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
  2. Assemble sandwich, mayonnaise sides facing out.
  3. Over medium heat, toast sandwich until golden. Flip sandwich and toast other side until golden.
  4. Enjoy!
