¾ tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips

1 tbsp Walnuts (Crushed)

Step 1. Spray a mug (½ cup mug) with baking spray.

Step 2. Add flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in the mug. Whisk to blend.

Step 3. Place the butter spread in a small bowl. Put the bowl in the microwave to melt.

Step 4. Set the timer for 10-30 seconds to melt the butter. Add the melted butter, skim, milk, and vanilla to the mug.

Step 5. Whisk well to combine. Stir ½ tablespoon of mini chocolate chips in the mug.

Step 6. Use a spoon to mix well.

Step 7. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips and crushed walnuts on top of the batter.

(Do not overbake the cake as it will continue to cook in the mug when removed from the microwave.)
