Instructions

  1. -cut your apple slices
  2. -Spray butter & cinnamon
  3. -Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
  4. -Top with whip cream if you want
  5. 0 point weight watchers dessert

I love to eat these over plain FF yogurt with a sprinkle of Flavor God Buttery Cinnamon Roll sprinkled over it. I also do the apples and then cook low carb tortillas and put the apples between 2. 4 points for 2 of the 6″ tortillas.
