you can have your cake and eat it too
My 4 point peanut butter flour cake. That’s 4 points for the whole thing! Just came out of the oven and it tastes and smells great!
Ingredients
- Egg
- 3 item s, large
- Stevia leaf herbal extract
- 1/3 cup s
- Low-fat peanut flour 1/2 cup s
- Table salt
- Baking powder 1/4 tsp
- Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp
- Unsweetened applesauce 1/2 cup s
- 1/4 tsp
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190C/385F degrees
- 2.Butter your pudding dish (either two small ones, or one medium)
- Mix the apple sauce and erythritol together.
- Add the eggs and blend thoroughly.
- Add the peanut flour, salt, baking powder and vanilla extract.
- Combine thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into the pudding dishes.
- Bake for 30 minutes until firm and golden.
