Weight watchers Peanut butter flour cake

My 4 point peanut butter flour cake. That’s 4 points for the whole thing! Just came out of the oven and it tastes and smells great!


  • Egg
  • 3 item s, large
  • Stevia leaf herbal extract
  • 1/3 cup s
  • Low-fat peanut flour 1/2 cup s
  • Table salt
  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  • Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
  • Unsweetened applesauce 1/2 cup s
  • 1/4 tsp


  1. Preheat the oven to 190C/385F degrees
  2. 2.Butter your pudding dish (either two small ones, or one medium)
  3. Mix the apple sauce and erythritol together.
  4. Add the eggs and blend thoroughly.
  5. Add the peanut flour, salt, baking powder and vanilla extract.
  6. Combine thoroughly.
  7. Pour the mixture into the pudding dishes.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes until firm and golden.
