1kg of Flour
3 tbs of Yeast
250grams of Sugar (or to taste)
1 tsp of Milk flavour
1/4 tsp of Nutmeg (grounded)
1/4 tsp of salt
1 table spoon of butter.
2 cups of water (500ml)

METHOD:
1) Mix flour, yeast, salt, flavour, nutmeg, sugar & butter together very well.

2) Pour 500ml of lukewarm water & add to the flour mixture & knead them very well until very smooth.

3) Then cover the dough with air-tight container & allow to rise ( at least for good 1hour to rise very well ).

4)Then start cutting with hands or doughnut cutter & allow to rise again for another 30mins before frying.

(If you don’t have a doughnut cutter, you can use any round cup to cut and use a bottle cover to cut out the centre if making ring doughnuts.)

5) Preheat the oil in a frying pan & start frying on a low heat, remove from the oil when it’s light brown in colour.
