INGREDIENTS:
3lb chicken wings
Olive oil or avocado oil
4tbs butter
4tbs grated parmesan
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 red pepper flakes
1/8 smoked paprika
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
preheat oven to 400*
Pat wings dry
Cover in oil
Place in baking dish on wire rack
Bake for 50 min turning over half way through
BROIL ON HIGH for 10 to 15 min turning also
BEGIN SAUCE when wings are about to be done..
Melt butter
Add garlic cook 2 min
Add all seasoning including 2 tbs parmesan cheese cook 2 min
POUR over wings and toss
Add the rest of the parmesan cheese and serve

INGREDIENTS:
1 large head Cauliflower
1cup heavy cream
2 ounces cream cheese
1 1/2tsp grey poupon mustard
1cup mozzarella
1 cup cheddar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven 375*
boil cauliflower til somewhat tender
Drain and dry cauliflower well
SAUCE:
heat heavy cream
Cream cheese
Mustard
Add seasonings
1/2 c mozzarella
1 c cheddar
Pour over califlower
Place in a baking dish (spray dish)
Then add the rest of the cheese to the top
Bake for 14 to 20 min
