Recipe:
1/2 bell pepper diced
Few mini sweet peppers diced
1/2 onion diced
1/2 tsp diced garlic
5 oz lean ham diced
1/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar
3 cups frozen hash browns
6 eggs (scrambled)
Instructions, pre heat oven to 375
cook hash browns according to directions on package, sauté peppers, onion, garlic and ham until peppers and onion are tender and ham is heated through. Mix ham and peppers into hash browns, top with cheese and pour eggs over top, place in oven for 10 minutes or until eggs are cooked through. Be sure to use an oven safe frying pan.
