if you follow weight watchers one bowl with milk is three points!


  • 1 lavash bread
  • cinnamon
  • stevia
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 table spoon sugar free syrup for more flavor


  1. Took lavash bread, cut it up and put it on the air fryer for 10 minutes or so
  2. let them cool down and sprinkled with added cinnamon and stevia. Poured unsweetened almond milk into the bowl.. I added sugar free syrup for more flavor!
