if you follow weight watchers one bowl with milk is three points!
Ingredients
- 1 lavash bread
- cinnamon
- stevia
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 table spoon sugar free syrup for more flavor
Instructions
- Took lavash bread, cut it up and put it on the air fryer for 10 minutes or so
- let them cool down and sprinkled with added cinnamon and stevia. Poured unsweetened almond milk into the bowl.. I added sugar free syrup for more flavor!
