2 ripe mangoes
2cups flour
4 tsp baking powder 
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cookingoil 

Preheat oven to 180°c
1. Peel and puree mangoes(use a blender)
2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl
3. In a separate bowl mix eggs, cooking oil and milk. Add the mangoe puree.
4. Fold in dry ingredients and mix. Do not overdid
5. Spoon into a greased muffin tin and bake for 18-20 minutes until brownish on top.

*I used half the sugar and added vanilla essence
