Before I start this recipe, I’m going to tell you now that as far as I’m concerned, nothing beats a Hob Nob! Unfortunately, for those of us who aren’t gifted with speedy metabolisms and self control, hobnobs can prove a tiny bit problematic.
Ingredients
- 70g Porridge Oats
- 2 Eggs
- 15g Sweetener
- 1tbsp Quark
- 2tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1tsp Cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper, and spray with Fry Light.
- Using a table spoon, spoon the mixture onto the baking tray and pat it down a little leaving enough room on either side to allow it to spread out a little.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the edges have started to crisp up a little bit.
