- ¼ cup Kodiak Cakes buttermilk mix
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon nonfat Greek yogurt
- vanilla
- salt
- cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the waffle iron
- Add all of the ingredients to the bowl and combine
- Spray the waffle iron with non stick cooking spray
- Add the batter and cook for about 2 minutes or according to the waffle iron directions.
