Weight Watchers Chocolate Cake Bites
Ingredients for Weight Watchers Chocolate Cake Bites
3/4 cup flour ( I used all-purpose)
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2/3 cup Truvia Baking Blend
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup of chopped walnuts
How to Make Weight Watchers Chocolate Cake
- Combine flour, cocoa, sugar, Truvia, baking soda, and salt and mix well.
- Stir in egg whites and vanilla. Fold in walnuts, or leave them out if you would like.
- Spray a square baking pan (8×8 or 9×9) with cooking spray.
- Spread batter evenly in the pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the edges start to lift from the sides.
- Slice and serve!
16 SERVINGS, 2 POINTs EACH. If you cut into 8 servings, only 4 Smart Points on all of the Weight Watchers plan.
Can I use regular sugar instead of Truvia?
Yes, you can, but the point values do change. Check out this Truvia Conversion Chart to see how the measurements differ. Then just plug into your app for the new point values
Weight Watchers Chocolate Cake Bites
16 Servings 2 WW points per serving on all new WW plans.
- 3/4 cup flour ( I used all-purpose)
