Weight Watchers Pumpkin Pie Pancakes



  1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients.
  2. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Using a 1/3 cup measuring cup, pour batter into a lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray preheated skillet.
  4. Cook the two sides for 90 seconds per side.
  5. Remove from the heat and add the toppings you want.


Servings: Makes 6 pancakes

Top with your choice of toppings.

(I like mine with 3 Tbsp of sugar-free Mrs. Butterworth’s syrup and 4 Tbsp of fat-free Reddi whip for Zero Points )
