Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Kodiak Cakes pancakes mix.
- About 2 scoops of Devotion Nutrition angel food cake protein powder.
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin.
- Then add 1/2 cup water ( depending on the consistency. Add 1/3 cup first and if needed add an additional 1/4 cup to thin out the batter).
- 1 egg.
- 1/2 tsp Dak’s pumpkin spice.
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
- 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Directions
- In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Using a 1/3 cup measuring cup, pour batter into a lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray preheated skillet.
- Cook the two sides for 90 seconds per side.
- Remove from the heat and add the toppings you want.
