White Bean Cabbage Soup

  • 1/2 large head Cabbage all varieties chopped
  • 2 carrots chopped and peeled
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 clove s, Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Wholesome Pantry Organic cannellini beans
  • 2 cup s Happy Harvest Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes with Seasonings
  • 4 cup s Simply Nature Organic vegetable Stock
  • 3 oz Happy harvest tomato paste


  1. In a ninja or other pressure cooker, Sauté onions and mushrooms and garlic for about 3 minutes
  2. add cabbage and carrots and sauté for another 5-7minutes
  3. add beans, diced tomatoes, seasonings, and broth then stir.
  4. add tomato paste last *do not stir* cover with pressure cooker lid, cook on high for 13 minutes
  5. rapid release, remove cover, stir and then serve
