Meal Prepping Chicken Strips In Air Fryer:

If you are on Weight Watchers or another diet plan this is a great recipe for meal prepping. They hold up pretty well in the fridge throughout the week.

These make a great lunch or dinner option if paired with some fresh or steamed vegetables. I also like to use these to top salads! It’s the perfect flavor of “fried” chicken without adding all those points and calories.

With the new system in place for Weight Watchers (Personal Points) this recipe will be different for everyone based on your caloric needs, settings, and even diabetic status changes points on the new plans. You can use the WW.com system or the app to calculate this recipe for your own plan.

These air fryer chicken tenders are about 3-5 points on the Personal Points system that is currently in place at WW.

If you want or need older plan information you can find it below:

You can definitely enjoy these air fryer chicken strips on the WW program. Here’s the breakdown of points that you can use to determine how to calculate and track them for yourself!

Panko Bread Crumbs – 18 Points

Cooking Oil Spray – 1 Point

These counts are for the full recipe. Nothing else in the recipe has points!

If you are on the green plan you’ll need to track the eggs for an additional 4 points and the chicken for 15 points and the greek yogurt for 2 points.

This recipe makes about 6 servings so you can divide the points accordingly or base them on how much you eat!

What you’ll need to make this healthy chicken tenders recipe:

There’s nothing too fancy going on in this recipe. You can make it with regular ingredients that you probably have on hand already! You can season these to taste but I think this combination works pretty well to give them a bit of a punch of flavor since chicken and Panko can be quite bland to begin with!
