Low Point Slow Cooker Artichoke Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 ( 14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, in water ( drained and chopped)
  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen spinach, chopped, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 ( 8 oz.) light cream cheese ( I use Kroger whipped Greek cream cheese)
  • 1 (15 oz.) jar Classico light Alfredo sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup skim milk or unsweeteend almond milk
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup light mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Spray a 4-quart slow cooker with non stick cooking spray.
  2. Combine all ingredients into slow cooker. Stir until ingredients are well combined. 
  3. Cover. Cook on low for 2-3 hours.
  4. Serve with your favorite veggies or crackers.
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 8×8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  6. In a mixing bowl stir together all the ingredients. 
  7. Bake in preheated oven until heated through and melty, about 20 minutes.
  8. Serve with your favorite veggies or crackers.
