Angel Biscuits
1 cup flour
1/2 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Preheat oven to375* and spray a 6 cup muffin tin with cooking spray. Stir ingredients together and divide evenly between 6 muffin cups. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
