Ingredients

  • spinach
  • 5 cup s
  • I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!
  • 1 tsp
  • Joseph’s Flax oat bran & whole
  • 2 item s
  • pico de gallo
  • 4 Tbsp
  • Great Value fat free cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 oz

Instructions

  1. wilt the spinach Clean the spinach thoroughly to remove any grit from the leaves. Heat a large pan with I can’t believe it’s not butter
  2. Add the spinach – the leaves touching the base of the pan will wilt very quickly, so stir occasionally to ensure all of the raw leaves make contact with the base. Season with salt
  3. Once the spinach has just about wilted, remove the pan from the heat and strain off any excess liquid.
  4. layer TWO Lavash breads with cream cheese, and pico.
  5. Heat the oven to 475 degrees F
  6. with a rack on the lower third and a rack on the upper third.. 425° 10 min.
