Lasagna made with egg white wraps.
Surprisingly tasted pretty good and couldn’t taste the egg.

I just used 2 egg white wraps and layered 1/2 cup sugar free Ragu sauce (1 point) , 1 cup fat free cottage cheese, and sprinkled 1/2 cup shredded fat free mozzarella cheese (1 points) on top.
I baked at 400° for 35 minutes. You could add spinach too so maybe next time I’ll give that a go!
The entire recipe is two weight watchers points!
