Rainbow Chip Cake muffins
I’ve been playing around with making muffins from cake mix this week. They were delicious. These are 2 points each. The entire box of mix was 91 points, divided by 48 mini muffins.
Ingredients
- 1 box rainbow chip cake mix
- 5.3 ounces fat free Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of water
- 1 egg.
Instructions
- The mini muffins bake at 350° for about 12 minutes or so. I just kept checking on them until they looked done.
- Recipe makes 48 mini muffins, and they are 2 points each.
