This is the Best Lightened Up Chip and Veggie Dip! Pair it with chips or cut-up veggies! Requires only 4 ingredients and takes 5 minutes to make!

  • 8 garlic and herb laughing cow cheese wedges, softened (leave out at room temperature for 30 minutes)
  • .9 or 1 packet of the dry ranch dressing mix packet or dry Hidden Valley Creamy Dill Ranch
  • 1/2 cup light or fat free sour cream- I like to use light sour cream
  • 1/2 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt


  1. Leave the laughing cow cheese wedges out at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together softened laughing cow cheese wedges, dry seasoning mix, light sour cream, and non fat plain Greek yogurt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
  4. Serve with your favorite veggies or low point chips or crackers.
  5. Garnish with fresh chopped chives, if desired.
  6. Store leftover dip in the fridge in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
