Ingredients
- 3 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 3 eggs
- small box of sugar free fat free pudding mix, cheesecake flavor
- 3 tbsp Splenda (or your favorite sweetener)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line the bottom of a 10-inch springform pan (or cake pan) with foil. Lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Whisk together all ingredients.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Cool completely at room temperature and then keep chilled (or speed chill for 30 minutes in the freezer if you don’t mind ending up with cracks in your cheesecake).
