Weight Watchers Freestyle Cheesecake Recipe

  • 3 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 3 eggs
  • small box of sugar free fat free pudding mix, cheesecake flavor
  • 3 tbsp Splenda (or your favorite sweetener)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract


  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line the bottom of a 10-inch springform pan (or cake pan) with foil. Lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together all ingredients.
  3. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Cool completely at room temperature and then keep chilled (or speed chill for 30 minutes in the freezer if you don’t mind ending up with cracks in your cheesecake).
