I steamed green bell pepper, onion, and jalapeño until the water was gone, then sprayed it with a little ICBINB spray to crisp them up a bit. Shredded chicken with a zero point salsa and knorrs bouillon in the instant pot. A little 0 fat Greek yogurt. Some mashed pinto beans (with a little more knorrs), and those dang La Banderita carb counter Street taco tortillas! It was 3 for 1 pt, but it went up to 4 for 1 point!! Is that right?! Either way. This is how I don’t always hit my point goal.
It’s so easy to fill up on zero point foods!
