INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 small banana
- 10 fresh red cherries, pitted
- 1 cup low-fat greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 cup ice
- 2 ts chia seeds
DIRECTIONS
- STEP 1Place the blueberries, banana, cherries, yogurt, honey, chia seeds and ice in a blender and mix on high till blended and smooth. Serve immediately
