INGREDIENTS
  • 3/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 small banana
  • 10 fresh red cherries, pitted
  • 1 cup low-fat greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 ts chia seeds
DIRECTIONS
  • STEP 1Place the blueberries, banana, cherries, yogurt, honey, chia seeds and ice in a blender and mix on high till blended and smooth. Serve immediately
